1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern all services, information products, and goods provided by AuditMatrixX accessible at auditmatrixx.com. By engaging with AuditMatrixX in 2025, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

• Services: Matrix-based audit tool for data accuracy and process integrity, consulting, training, and support offerings.
• Information Products: Digital materials such as e-guides, tutorials, and recorded sessions.
• Goods: Physical merchandise sold by AuditMatrixX.

3. Use of Services

AuditMatrixX provides a robust platform for audit activities designed to ensure data accuracy and maintain process integrity. Access may require user credentials and adherence to usage limits.

4. Subscription and Access

Access to subscription-based services begins upon completion of payment. AuditMatrixX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-compliance with these terms or misuse of the platform.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Services

Consulting engagements and live training sessions are non-refundable due to resource commitment and customized preparation. However, you may transfer a scheduled session to another date by notifying AuditMatrixX at least 7 business days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability; failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice will forfeit the session.

5.2 Information Products

Digital content purchases are eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. To request a reimbursement, submit a request via contact form within the eligibility period. Approved requests will be processed via the original payment channel within 15 business days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Physical merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a merchandise acclaim, contact AuditMatrixX via contact form. Once items are received and inspected, AuditMatrixX will process a merchandise price reimbursement through the original payment channel within 15 business days. You are responsible for shipment costs when sending back items unless the product is defective or was mis-delivered; in such cases, AuditMatrixX will cover shipment expenses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by AuditMatrixX are the property of AuditMatrixX and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

AuditMatrixX shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of services, information products, or goods. Liability is limited to amounts paid by the customer under these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
